Access care for your patients, stay up to date with the newest guidelines and be empowered to care for your patients.
The Breast Clinic Programme Namibia is committed to offering accessible care for individuals presenting symptoms indicative of breast cancer. Given the constraints of current resources, it is not feasible to establish a general breast health clinic. To optimise patient care and minimise waiting periods, we highly value and depend on the appropriate referral of patients by healthcare professionals.
A considerable number of breast-related issues can be effectively managed and monitored within a primary care setting, eliminating the necessity for specialist intervention at a breast clinic.
The purpose of this site is to provide primary care physicians with the knowledge and skills required to confidently diagnose and treat non-malignant breast conditions and to identify possible malignancies and refer appropriately.
Additionally, the site serves as a space to access links for the Breast MDT.
